The first time I heard this song it shook me to the core. Full of cold realism about death and still warmly human.

Ola Belle Reed was a folk singer from the Appalachian Mountains, along the East Coast of the United States. For someone coming from such a deeply religious background, this song displays a remarkably materialistic tendency.
